There will be a book of  the Proceedings at the conference which will contain extended abstracts or whole papers (minimum 3 pages, must be in Latex using the Latex style template provided.)  CMMSE is not asking for abstracts of talks, as these extended abstracts will be available to the audience at the conference. The registration fee includes a reception and conference banquet at Castillo de Santa Barbara during the evening of June 29, 2005.  Accompanying persons are free at the banquet if an email is sent ahead of time to cmmse to note the number of persons.  There will be a conference gift and an excursion is expected, although details remain to be announced.
