UNIVERSITY SERVICES QUALITY ASSESSMENT
  • Definition and diffusion (among students) of the university existing services and their mission statements, even of the most specialised services such as the Office on Disabilities , opinion pools on the services quality evaluation (e.g. Maintenance, cleaning , catering ), as well as statistics and adaptation of the services according to the users' needs.
  • Definition of the new managerial body in order to promote its three basic actions: Human resource, organisation and accounting, through three different comptroller's offices. 
  • Training Programme for the Administrative Personnel, specially on languages and computing new technologies. Current training programme .
  • PAS Internalisation Programme with the aim of chasing new ideas, organisation system and  services existing in outstanding universities all over the world. 1999 Official Announcement .
  • Quality Assessment Programme for the universities external services . Creation of a External Services' Auditing Unit. New criteria for quality/price relation.
