EXCHANGE PROGRAMMES (ERASMUS and NON EUROPEAN)

Incoming Students

Learning Agreement

The students have to elaborate, together with the coordinators at the home institutions, the proposal of the Learning Agreement. The Learning Agreement is the form which contains the study programme to be followed at the University of Alicante.

Once the University of Alicante has received the Learning Agreement (see the Application Procedure) and it has been approved by the Academic Coordinator, there will be no confirmation on our side by sending back the signed Learning Agreement, unless home university says so.

Finally, once the student is studying at the University of Alicante, they should make the definitive Learning Agreement (which contains the modifications done at the UA) signed by both the Academic Coordinator of the UA and by the Academic Coordinator of the home institution.

It is the students' responsibility:

  • to select subjects in the semester corresponding to the period of exchange at the University of Alicante,
  • to maintain a fluent feedback with their home universities concerning the final study programme established in the Learning Agreement,
  • to register in the UA, at the established period, in those subjects stated on the definitive Learning Agreement.
