Targeted group: All persons involved with international technology transfer (project managers, project management assistants, technologists, scientists, engineers,...), who aim to improve their competence in international communication and negotiation for the benefit of a constructive and efficient co-operation in the field of technology. Aims: Sensibilisation of the participants to differences in all phases of international co-operation-management which are due to different mentalities:Getting in contact, talks, meetings, teams, style of working and communicating, project realisation, negotiations, conclusion of agreements, follow-up. Reversal of those differences into international synergy effects: 1+1=3 Program: Speaker: Werner Pilsner, project manager for the IRC Hessen/Rhineland-Palatinate, in charge of international technology transfer, advisor/coach international business-co-operation at large companies as well as at small and medium sized ones for 18 years. Coaching methods: Interactive and adapted to participants. Concrete case studies and role plays, which are analysed and corrected, are meant to practically learn the training’s contents. The seminar is led dynamically and eventfully. Additionally, participants are given useful documents in the shape of check-lists.
