"LICENCIATURA" (BACHELOR OF ARTS AND HUMANITIES) IN GEOGRAPHY from the University of Valencia in Alicante. July 1980.

The formal DEGREE IN GEOGRAPHY ("LICENCIATURA") was awarded unanimously with a grade average of "A" in February 1981. The degree was issued on 23 December 1981 by the University of Valencia in Alicante.

PhD IN ARTS AND HUMANITIES - GEOGRAPHY from the University of Alicante awarded "Cum Laude" in December 1986 (degree issued on 5 February 1987). Doctoral thesis: WATER RESOURCES, USES AND ECONOMY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALICANTE (supervised by Alfredo Morales Gil, PhD).
