Once your personal details have been processed, a pre-receipt for a bank transfer/deposit
will be e-mailed to you. There you will find all the information related
to the account which the payment should be made to without any charge for
the beneficiary.
It will not be necessary to send a copy of the
receipt back to us.
Data Protection Clause In accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Organic
Law 15/1999 (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección
de Datos de Carácter Personal), the Holder
accepts that the Personal details given (already
or in the future) by participants at the Univer-cities
Symposium to the Organizing Committee will be incorporated
in a automated participants file. The Organizing
Committee will held the ownership and responsibility
of the automated participants file. The legal address
of the Organizing Committee will be at Departamento
de Traducción e Interpretación, Facultad
de Filosofía y Letras, Universidad de Alicante,
Apdo. de correos nº 99 , 03080 Alicante (España).
Personal data thus registered can be used by the
Organizing Committee for management purposes
of the Symposium, as well as for referal of related
papers.
At any moment the Holder shall have the right
of access to their personal data and the right
of rectification,
cancelation and oposition in the terms established
in the legislation on data protection. In order
to exercise these rights, the Holder should
send a letter
through a realiable means signed by the Holder
indicating his/her domicile, attaching a copy
of his/her ID
card or passport to the above mentioned address
of the Organizing Committee so that the Organizing
Committe
could send him/her confirmation of due action
in accordance with the action requested.

of this clause is provided to you for information
purposes
only. Should there be any inconsistency between
both texts, the Spanish version shall prevail.
